Free UK returns using our Collect+ label, provided with your delivery.



In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 28 days upon receiving your order. 

*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, an exchange or refund will be given on Sale items, beyond this period an e-wallet will be issued. This value will be added to your personal Elvi account, and will be made available to use when placing your next order with us.

Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition (all swing tickets should still be attached). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be re-sellable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the colour/size/style you wish to receive in exchange. If the requested item(s) is available on receipt of your return, this will be dispatched promptly. The requested item must be of equal monetary value to the original item. You will not be required to pay for postage once again. If the item is not in stock, a refund/credit note will be issued accordingly.

How do I return my order using Collect+?

If you are a UK customer, you can return your order free via any local supermarket, newsagent or corner shop that offers the Collect+ service.

- There are thousands of shops nationwide offering the service. Click here to find your nearest one.  Collect+ shops have extended opening hours, with many shops open seven days a week.

-All you need to do is complete the returns form that came with your order and pop it in the parcel with your returns.

-Peel off the Collect+ label from your Returns Note and stick it onto your parcel.

-Take your parcel to your local Collect+ store, where you'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. Please ensure you retain this proof of postage so in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, you’ll have proof you sent it.

-You can track your return using the code you were given here.

-Your return will be processed within 10 working days of your goods being collected (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

-If you have lost your Collect+ label, click here to print off a new one.

A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit/debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.


Please note items purchased ‘sale’ or ‘outlet’ must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund. When returning to us, please ensure it is in its original packaging, with all tags/labels still attached and in its original saleable condition. Please note that USA customers need to pay for their returns. The returned items will remain your responsibility until they are received by us, so be sure to ask for proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing in transit. Once we have received your return in its original condition we will email you to confirm receipt and either order your alternatives or issue a refund. If a discount was applied to your order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED.


All Pre-order items will be dispatched on Friday 29th May 2018. Should there be any delay, we will inform customers in due course. In situations where manufacturers release product in waves or partial quantities we will ship the oldest pre-orders first. Orders ship in the order that they are placed, i.e. oldest orders are shipped first.


All pre-orders require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed. If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will refund the full amount paid. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.
