Delivery charges are as follows:
All of our orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail service. Only one charge will be made for your order providing that it is all being delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please place a separate order for each delivery address.
Delivery is currently only one penny on orders over £150 to UK mainland. This postage discount will automatically be applied to a qualifying order at checkout
Standard Delivery
Monday - Saturday only
Cost £4.95 per delivery address
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be packed the next day.
Please then allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery
Monday - Saturday only
Cost £7.95 per delivery address
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be packed the same day.
Please then allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
For security purposes all our delivery methods used require a signature. If you are not home when your order is attempted delivery, then your order will be sent back to the depot and a card posted through your door with instructions of how to have your order re-delivered.
Monday - Friday only
Cost £10.00 for Europe, £20.00 for the rest of the world
There is one delivery service for overseas orders. If you place your order before 2pm on a week day your order will be packed the next day.
Please then allow approx 10 working days for delivery.
To give you a more straightforward service, the prices you pay includes any duties or taxes applicable to the USA, Canada, UK and the remainder of the European Union, which we will settle on your behalf. If duty rates change, we reserve the right to charge extra or not to supply. If we have already accepted your order you have the right to cancel.

Elvi Limited ('Elvi') guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 90 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund.
Making Returns
You can return your items by post or via one of Elvi's standalone stores (unfortunately we cannot accept returns of online purchases at concessions). If you wish to return your items via post, you can return your items by completing the reverse side of the despatch note (which comes with your order). Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the returns note and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
