Terms and Conditions
- The Elvi card must be presented at time of purchase to earn points. Points cannot be claimed or awarded retrospectively. Please retain your receipts as they are proof of your points allocation.
- The card must be signed. The card is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.
- Points accumulation periods may vary. Points to a value of less than £1.00 will not be issued as vouchers. In this instance the points total will be carried over to the next issue period and amalgamated.
- Elvi Elite Card points and vouchers can be used up to the expiry date shown on the voucher. Vouchers can be used in full or part payment at participating Elvi branches. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Points will be awarded on the residual value of any purchase made where vouchers are used as part payment.
- Vouchers will only be accepted when presented with an Elite card bearing the same number.
- Elvi reserves the right to to refuse redemption of points at it's sole discretion.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjuntion with any other offer.
- If goods are returned on which points have previously been awarded, these points will be deducted on the next statement.
- Examples of redemption values can be found on this page but Elvi reserve the right to vary the rate at any time.
- The Elvi cards are issued by, and remain, the property of Elvi Limited which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to alter or ammend the conditions of operation of the Elite Card scheme or to terminate the scheme at any time.
